Start with appliances, electronics, furniture, valuables, important documents, or anything that would be difficult to identify or replace after an unexpected event.
Add photos, receipts, model and serial numbers, purchase details, replacement values, warranty information, and notes where they can be found together.
Add new purchases, remove items you no longer own, record service work, and review warranty or maintenance information periodically.
Export a current backup and keep it somewhere outside the browser profile. Use the encrypted backup option when password protection is appropriate, and store the password safely.
The app saves its working data locally in the browser profile where you created it. Opening another browser, another profile, or another copy of the app can look empty because those locations have separate storage.
